Beach Buggy Australia can offer you pre-welded jigged chassis powder coating and ready for assembling.
The standard length tunnel is retained along with the suspension points.
The side chassis rails are 75mm x 50mm steel box section with the Roll bar base plates and side bar plates jigged in position. The floors are flat steel sections fully welded in place.
The roll bar is a twin hoop design made of two 32mm tubes With 65mm flat plates welded to either side, fittings for inertia reel seatbelts are provided.
The rear longitudinal
braces are 50mm tubes with rear seatbelt points Provided. This is bolted to the roll bar and picks up the rear anchorage system which holds the two rear child seat anchorage points.The bar work around the buggy is manufactured from 50mm tube With the front / rear horizontal and the whole sidebars being made from larger 62mm bars. All steel work comes sand blasted, ecthed primed & is available powder coated in your choice of colour.
